CIC PRO - B20 HL7 CONNECTIVITY EMR

Is CIC PRO capable of sending HL7 messages? I need to integrate GE B20 monitors preferably via RJ45 directly from the monitor to the EMR without using a carescape, cic pro or GE gateway but in the settings menu we do not have the option of configuring the HL7 output for the destination IP ... Help!
