Hello all. I work primarily in a reference lab and am looking for a new tachometer. We have noticed that if the centrifuge has anything but a clear measurement window the newer laser based tachometers really struggle to measure the RPMs, basically if you don't know approximately what value to expect good luck getting a good reading. The LED based units are getting harder and harder to locate. What tachometers are you folks using for your centrifuges? I am currently using Monarch PT99.
