Hello, I ask for your help with a Lorad m-iv, the equipment turns on and arrives at its startup screen, then when it goes to the screen to admit patients, the equipment re-initializes and remains in this indefinite cycle ... I assume it was corrupted the software...
I would be very grateful if you can help me with this case ... I don't have the equipment software

There are a few possibilities here but none of which I would recommend you try . Please call Hologic and open a service call. It might be possible for them to dial in and fix the issue but it might require a site visit from a FE as well.

Dear friend, this case is more common than you think, in the m4 console (it is not possible for the software to be corrupted) your problem is I think it is due to the power supply that is below in the console, verify that it is sending 5v (There is a potentiometer that regulates the voltage from the power supply to the card) if you need more information I can gladly help you in detail

Selenia software can most definitely be corrupted. As a Hologic FE working directly for the manufacturer I assure that can and has happened. You should call Hologic and proceed with them.
