The equipment takes a long time to turn on

Hello I am a biomedical engineer and in the hospital where I work they reported a SONOACE X6 ultrasound saying that it is very slow to turn on, it takes a long time. I did preventive maintenance because it was very dirty but it did not decrease the ignition time. Do you know what that could be due to? Will you need a software update? If so, where can I get it?
