Bed does not zero. It says bed must be level to zero . It level but wont zero ?

Is the bed exit alarm armed?
The scale cannot be zeroed if the Bed Exit Alarm has been armed. Ensure that the Bed Exit Alarm has been disarmed before attempting to zero the scale.
Ensure that the LCD display is showing a TREND/rev.TREND angle of 0° A slight bed angle may be difficult to notice
Try recalibrating the angle and scale.
