Troubleshoot error code ERR1

Does the error code "Err1" usually mean that the converter board needs replacing? The service manual says that the main voltage is out of range. But our line voltage is fine. Does anyone have some feedback on this?

We have found that there is a loose wire in the tube head that is causing the error

Hi Downs,

Thanks for reply. Did you mean the loose connector ? I will check it tomorrow.

Not in our case, I have swapped the main power supply board with other Xray - and it seems the PCB is faulty. I have replaced all capacitors and err1 still shows.
I found on eBay that someone is sorting that out for few hundred bucks in US (too expensive shipping)

If anyone has got hints - very welcome

I have sorted out the Err1 problem. If anyone has got a problem with the Power Supply or Logic Board of this Xray -  I am happy to repair.
