Prime 1105X scale accuracy

Why the scale reading are big different (more than 4%) when weighting at the lowest position and the higher position for the stretcher. The reading is more accurate at the higher position. I cannot find any "reminder or Precautions" in the operation manual. Thanks for your reply.

Jack, I believe you are correct the reading should be the same in the high and low position.  The manual only states:

To meet the scale accuracy claim, the patient surface must be in the flat position (Fowler backrest and gatch down). The product cannot exceed 5 degrees of Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg

Is there possibly anything stuck between the mattress and frame that is pushing up on the mattress when it is in the lower position?
