Hi, I have a machine that does not have a System ID#, it just has ######. Also, when adding a printer I can only add a WindowsPrinter, there is no DICOMPrinter available even though the DICOM option is installed and not expired.
Please help

No SystemID# DICOMPrinter not available but DICOM is installed.

Hello dear,
Enter the service mode through PIMS>MENU> Press CTRL+SHIFT+SET
Go to Device setting> Options installed
Check here for the DICOM license USD-772 for WL/PACS
