call light

the call light keeps going off on its own. nonstop. it is bothering everyone we have switched out controllers nothing helps

What message is displayed on the nurse call console? That's the first clue. If you've replaced the pillow speaker, try easy things first. Unplug the bed and any other devices plugged into the nurse call (push button cords, chair alarms, equipment, etc) and push the cancel button. Don't forget to check pull cord and push button stations. If it goes away, it was one of them. If not, disconnect the bed station, then reconnect it. If problem remains, disconnect any other room devices (pull cords, push buttons, etc.). Press cancel on the bed station. If it remains, disconnect and reconnect the bed station. If it remains, try a new bed station. If it remains, it could be the corridor light or wiring (check the bed connector in the wall, I've seen sockets in the connector get pushed in and short on ground). If you can't find it, call your local vendor for help and/or an on-site call so they can get it fixed. Good Luck!
