can anyone tell me what size the screws are that fix the valve to the top of the canester stack?

Looking through the service manual it seems there have been 3 different models of valves used on these devices. Each valve has a different hardware kit associated with it. You may need to contact Philips to make sure you have the correct hardware to go with whatever valve is equipped on your device.
