Hello Ben,
The part number for older model Case units with the oval (dark grey) printer door release is #2007165-001. If you have the newer style, the printer release button is a rectangle shape that is centered and flush with the printer door. The part number for the thermal printer II is #2051637-001. We have both models in stock and ready to ship.
