Sanyo MLS-3780 autoclave display doesn't light

A customer has a Sanyo MLS-3780 floor model autoclave. The display board does not light up or react to buttons in any way. The lid lock functions do work. 5V on the connector (on the main pcb) to the display board drops to about 4V when the connector is inserted. It looks like a problem with the display board. Does anyone have a source for parts, or advice?

Hi Noureleslam,

If you could upload those to the site, that'd be wonderful. Also, if you have parts lists for the 3750, 3751, and 3781, that you could upload, I would appreciate it. It looks like there may be *some* parts available for some of these machines, and some of the parts *might* fit the 3780.
The 3750 and 3780 are both discontinued, as you said; the 3751 and 3781 may be discontinued, as well. I found a company that has a used 3750. It looks like the display board ought to be the same as the one in the 3780. If so, my customer might find it worthwhile to buy that unit for the display board.

Hi Ben,

I found a parts list for the MLS-3750 (220V), so I uploaded that as well. The 3750 and 3780 are two sizes of the same model, and share the same user and service manuals, so this would be the appropriate place for the 3750 parts list.
