hello, this message means that one of the buttons on the control panel is pressed and stuck you can perform control panel test to examine each button: press "presets" click "service" and then clear password box and press ok on service menu click "diagnosis" and choose from menu "CP test" then u will get on ur screen the whole buttons when u press a button on real control panel u will see the button is going up/down on screen, the stuck button should not give u any up/down movement and I believe u will feel it when u press the actual button u will feel the movement is not right. if the previous is not helping unfortunately u will move the hard way which is removing and cleanning all buttons of control panel and there is a guide on service manual how to do this step by step I can help you by sending the steps on pdf
