I have a lock in the middle of the screen on the panels, the other buttons around the locked box symbol are still accessible and work but the bed will not move up or down in any direction. I was told to unplug Port 1 from the control cox and plug in the ACP panel directly into Port 1 in order to clear the issue. I did that but the Lock is still present in the middle of the screen. Has anybody experienced this problem before?

Yes. I had the same issue of locking the middle screen.
I too had done the same procedure of giving direct connection of Port-1 to the ACP Panel. But my issue is not fixed.
Many had told me to change the screen resolution, but it doesn't work, even though I have changed it...
Then few of my friends have helped me to resolve the issue. I think they have cleaned internal equipment, PCBs etc. Mine was a little old and it has a lot of dust. Actually, the problem was a small short circuit on the internal side and my connection points were dirty.
