Internal error and not switch off

I have an esaote mylab 30cv ultrasound system with xvision that shows an internal error after it load system. When I turn off the equipment, keeps processing but does not turn off. I have to switch off with back button. Also flickering icon on top. I think is a hard drive problem, but I don't know how to get hard drive from equipment. Does anybody has the service manual or know how to disassemble this ultrasound? Thanks!
