Problem solved!

Our X-ray technician tried to take the plate off before time, then it got stucked.  Because that, everytime we inserted a plate, the CR wasnt recognizing it and wouldn't lock the plate.

The solution was very simple. We unplugged the CR from the workstation, reseted the software and then connected it again. Played some tests and nothing more. Everything is working perfectly fine.

Quite a simple and a easy solving problem, but we were really thinking that it was all about hardware, which was good, because we mounted/dismounted the whole thing and learned a bit more about it ;)
