We have a Carestream Dryview 5950 printer, and the service company has made a firmware. After this firmware, the radiological films are very dark (we do not have the desired brightness, the film is almost black). We want to increase the brightness because between the image on the PC screen and the movie it is totally different. There is the possibility to increase the brightness in the hardware or which is the possibility to achieve it in the software.
