Issue with Mammography Kit

Hello, It's not the first time I have issues with the mammography's kit and Profect CS. It's often this part which have problem first. Usually people just change this electronic card but I would like to understand how it could be possible to repair it. I'm pretty sure it must be often the same problem. First I checked all capacitors but they seem OK, transistors too and regulators. Does anyone have an idea ? Thanks a lot
