We get this error and the device is very slow, maybe its a sw issue.
Any help or referral to experts is highly appreciated!

Howdy,
Advanced Ultrasound Systems has some knowledge and experience with Aloka systems. That error would seem to indicate that a file that is used by the ultrasound application is damaged or missing. If you have an image copy of the hard drive, which is the most important tool you can have for an Hitachi Aloka system, I would install a new hard drive.If you do not have that, we may still be able to help you.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer. we dont have an image copy of the hard drive. If you know a service personnel in Finland, or can provide technichal support that would be great.
