Never ending start up screen, on a 740i

Dear fellow engineers, After main turn on , and a couple minutes waiting time , a double beep and the start up screen comes up and the upper right corner circle starts turning for ever, info box on left upper corner can be pushed from touch screen , but very slow response ( but never gives any info) . I checked the hard disk on a computer , looks OK . I didn't check any voltages on power supply yet. Any suggestions to get it back to work. I also seeking for the service password, if i need to get in to service. Thank you for any help

Antenakias,

The service manuals are attached to this page on the left side.  I glanced through them.  My takeaways: check the hand switch and/ or reload the software.  To me it sound like it is not passing POST, power on self test, which could be voltages or memory or something else completely.  I also saw that this unit can be connected to the network but I don't think a broken connection would not let it boot up.

Happy news, i managed to fix the problem by resoldering the main cpu board. And i was lucky .

Now its more than two months that it is working.

Boots with the message below

System startup state 19
Aperture may be misaligned
(Pressing Proceed will NOT allow testing)

[Retry]                      [Proceed]


Even after pressing [Retry] it persists. Same as when I restart the machine.

Why this message?
What can I do about it?


Please help out.
