Getting error logs

Please help, while the doc had the unit in the endo room, the machine shut down on him in the middle of a procedure. Apparently he was quickly cycling the foot peddle for some reason and it just shut down. They restarted and everything has worked fine since then, but Im trying to find a way to grab any kind of error logs that I can look at and prove what happened. Please advise!
