I appreciate your reply, I test the probe by operate it using another device ( xario 100 ), it operated properly without any error.
But when operate it on it's device, it still operate without image from the probe without any error code displayed on the screen.
It displayed that the probe is 11c3 without image.

Hello Timraz,
Ok, the problem is quite clear: Your front PWB board (board where the Probes are connected) is not responding when switch to Endovaginal probe.
The problem is most likely to appear always when you switch between the probes. Try the following:
1- Remove all the PWB boards, make a through clean up and reconnect them tightly.
2. Check all the connections, especially HDD and RAM on the MOBO. Restart the system and check.
3. Finally, if the above doesnt work, replace the HDD with new OS and SW.

I tried your advise on Toshiba US Xario 100, but the problem still appearing.
Could you help me which model of the endovagenal probe is compatible with Xario 100.
I have an Endovaginal probe (PVU-781VT - 11C3) is that probe for Xario 100 or PVU-781VTE.
