I have a problem with lcd xario machine the set and next keys aren't working during measurement although the set key is working during tap shutdown and working in windows mode I checked USB cables connection and all is good and connected in the specified port
So I need ur help please

Hello there Mohammed,
I had experinced a similar problem with our old 1 Gen Xario XG. As described by you, the SET and NEXT keys doesnt work when applying measument tools such as Distance,Angle or Calipher.
Following are the troubleshooting your should do:
1. Check the USB connector belonging to SET key, on the right side of the machine
2. Make sure the key assignment in the MENU (Output PRESET) is correct
3. Remove all PWBs and reconnect them after cleaning
If the above doesnt work, you have to replace the "UPPER PANEL" as the multi key function doesnt work. (Since when either measurement tool is activated, the voltage is not reaching the SET button, therefore makeing it inoperative)
