arcadis varic starts program but arc does not start
RE: Mobile C-Arm Report Post
Hi
I'm not 100% sure what your issue is.
You said D1 board display rotates, this is normal. When/if you release radiation it should jump up/down.
Are the generator displays working, Fluoro, kV & mA display? if not check the ribbon cables at top of D1 board, check where it passes through the top chassis.
If you release radiation, do you see an image on monitors?
If the column is not driving up/down check connection to the EM Button.

good morning, thank you for answering. The answers to your questions the kv, ma and fluoro displays turn on when I turn on the arc then they turn off and 5 lights remain flashing on the screen. I can't do x-rays, the sygno program turns on normal but says Rx not ready. And the column does go up and down. My question if there is an ok from the computer of the D66 0 D50 monitor car to enable the arc ??? Thank you for responding carefully pablo

The Main system is powered on by a relay from the D50. When you connect the Cart to main system you should hear a 'click', the click is the relay coming-on. The replay comes on because of a 'link' on the main system chassis side.
As you said the main system comes on it would mean the link & D50 are OK. You alo said Syngo starts OK, I'm assuming to the normal browser screen!
If the Generator display remain flashing this indicates a communication issue between generator & Cart.
It sounds like a communication issue between Cart PC & generator. First check the X10 connector pins are OK, a couple of pins are short, its normal. Make sure none are bent or missing.
Check the Gigga link cable (coax) from PC, D66 (BNC) to the generator (next to D1) & onto the TV camera. Measure the coax cable to be sure.
Check the PC rear connections particularly the D66.
Check the cables are ok within the SG cable.
I'm a little confused when you said 5 leds flashing on screen, do you mean on generator displays?

Hello Tomas, thanks for answering, I'm going to verify everything you said and I will tell you. The flashing of the LEDs is on the front panel of the arch and are the Sub, Road Map, Scopia Pulsed and Scopia buttons. As I told you before, when you light the arc from the car, the Kv, ma, time displays come on on the panel and then they turn off and the buttons I mentioned remain flashing. Thanks and my best regards

OK good, as I said before this seems like a communication problem between the PC & D1.
You have the D66 connections, various cables within the SG linking cable, damaged pins in X10 & the coax connection from D66 (BNC) to TV camera can all cause this problem.
Check all the wires & connections.

Good morning, you I already checked the connections of the D66 board, I can tell you the voltages that I measured: pin 27 and pin 28: 2.5 vdc pin 29 and pin 30: 4.8 vdc pin 40 and pin 38: 11.2 vdc pin 35 and pin 36: 2.5vdc pin 25 and pin 26 (TxD): 0.5 vdc It is in these last pins that I have my doubt that voltage is with load. Now without load I have 11.2 vdc and they go directly to an integrated A 4100 (D1 board), it may be that this integrated is damaged. The coax is fine. Thank you very much as always for guiding me, take greetings

D66 pin 25 & 26 are Transmit signal
D66 pin 27 & 28 are Receive signal
D66 pin 35 & 36 are radiation request on
D66 pin 40 & 38 are radiation on
Because the D66 connections are current loop devices the voltage measured will be less than half supply but again, these are data connections & voltage measurements are not acurate.
Check connection between D66 X5 to M4 TV camera head.
Some for questions:
If the C-Arc is not connected does the monitor cart boot-up Syngo without errors?
With system powered off, measue ohms from the BNC connector you should measure 35 to 50 ohms.
It could be a bad D66 or contact problem. you could remove the D66 (CIPP) & DVP boards clean the contact & re-insert.....but be careful not to damage any surface mounted components on the boards.
Developer log retrieval: -
Once the whole system is booted (even with errors) on the Cart console press Ctr + Alt + S keys simultaineously & wait for the 'SACE LOG' message window to appear.
Once the windows auto closed, go to C: Aspia
Once on the USB rename the Save_Log_Dev with ****.zip on the end & extract files to same location on USB.
Open folders till you see event log, down botton is the apps.txt file. Copy & paste the last day/time you booted system with errors.

System software is VC10A with SP3 installed
Error listed: for last 3 or 4 days, the same error appear every day.
ASM70: This is a serious memory, application message. This could be linked to graphic card but answer my question.
Question: Do you have both monitors on: Left monitor showing the browser. Right monitor showing Reference tab?
BSC153: Error recovery in progress.
BIC1001: Image System startup takes too long.
Consider: CIPP connection, Check PC connections, CIPP board could be faulty. Or the D1 or TC Camera Or SG cable.
Send me the same log again, without the generator connected.
