Hello Im looking for a service Manuel for a Thermo Scientific Model 995 need to know dip switch setting or any input way cant I set the set point temperature any lower then -60c with the up and down arrow works fine on all other settings but not for temperature set point. Did anyone come across this issue If so what would be your suggestion thank you

My high alarm setpoint is -50 my low alarm is -90 the issue I'm having is that I can't drop the temperature setpoint from -60 to -80 on the Display There are dip switches on the board top left side at the bottom of the freezer the board that is covered with the cardboard need to know the settings of the DIP switch for a 995 model also would be possible I have a defective board that's why I can't drop the temperature set point
