There is a continuous loud, high-pitched alarm that does not turn off until you unplug the bed. Any suggestions?

Have you tried hitting the speaker with a hammer?
Could be a few things...is the brake engaged and does the bed recognize it?
Is the onboard battery dead?
Are there any error codes, or lights flashing on the siderail?
Does your bed have a awareness or patient alarm?
