Dear Team  I face error Number: 000E0019(Protocol run failed to start. Reboot instrument and retry. If error persists, contact Bio-Rad Technical Support). Model: CFX96 Optics Module Anyone can help me about this error. Thanks. Best Regard DARA rotha.dara009@gmail.com

Bio Rad will not sell service parts for a CFX96.  Is there another source for parts??
