Hello, good morning we just get an amx the machine was working really fine, but after a while the batteries get dead, we tried to charge it back but it does not charge the display board dont show anything we tried to turn switch on to moe and it does get any charge.

What is the voltage from the batteries. If less than 90 (?) where the LVPS will drop out, then you will have to test/charge each battery individually. Very possible since you have no displays on the unit. The service docs (class A only of course) are available on the GE site

Review the schematic pages for the charging function, but remember with no LVPS output, no CPU, no charger board control, no charging possible.

Know this is an old thread but here goes:
Put new batteries in but they died after a week. Took batteries home and charged them up.
Replaced charger bd, CPU, rotor bd
Ran volt and charger. Ask. Force charging isn’t working.
Any ideas?
