I'm not seeing anything out there since Fluke no longer supports it. I rep for Rigel. We have a great ESU analyzer if you're interested in a new one. todd@argosrs.com

I am seeing one attached under Documents. If that's not the one you're looking for, I have an RF303 Electrosurgical Analyzer manual. Funny thing though, its file name is Fluke 454A Operators manual.
