My Hillrom-Totalcare P1900 Sport II bed alarm will not go off. The screen says set brake. The brake is set and the alarm still will not go off. I have set all alarms on the off mode with no results.

Hello, are you saying the "set brake" message is there even with the brake set? It sounds like you may have an issue with your brake set sensor. It is a microswich located on the bedframe. You should be able to ohm it out and see if it is funcitoning.
