Constant Error N251

Hospira/ Abbott Plum A+ is giving constant error N251. The service manual addresses this error code and the listed corrective action is to "Back- Prime the test set or Replace the test set". Well, I'm here to tell you that even after replacing the test set, the mechanism assembly, the main PCB and back- priming, the pump is still throwing a constant error N251. Do you have any idea what else could cause this or how to correct the issue?

The error is 1 of 2 things. Bad fluid shield or bad mechanism. I'd replace the fluid shield first. If it doesnt work that means on the mechanism the top potentiometer is bad. Replace the mechanism
