Still frame image uploads

Across multiple sites, the GE systems continue to have user error in that the 2D and color flow multi frame images are submitted as still frames. Even after assistance to request the labs to adjust the system settings: From the Utilities page /configuration/Connectivity/DICOM CD-DVD/ Output /Properties/allow-multi-frame. Is there a better way to ensure a sonographer/cardiologist is able to acquire and upload correctly an Echo study, thank you
