We have a couple of M10 Concentrators and we are trying to test the output occlusion alarm without any success. There doesn't seem to be any internal leak and the pressures all are passing. Anyone have any ideas?

We discovered that the outlet connector had multiple small cracks and this was causing leaks. The original connector was plastic, the replacement connectors are metal, so i suspect this is a known issue.
