I have a Steris Harmony LC Surgery Light that will not operate with the main panel but lights up using the Light heads. Does anyone have a service manual they can send me, please?

Does the wall panel work at all? Does it light up and respond to intensity changes made with the lighthead? Is the problem only one lighthead, or both? Could be as simple as the wall panel has a bad blister button/buttons or bad connection. On the LC system the wall panel is just a slave to the main controls at the hub. It's just a com line from the wall to the hub. I'm sure you already have, but.... a hard reset using the circuit breaker can fix many gremlins in these lights.
