Due for inspection message keeps popping up when turning device on even though next PM due date is set for next year, is there a way to manually clear the message? It only pops up for a moment when the device is turning on when unplugged, it does not show up if plugged in or remain on the charging screen like it would if it was actually past the due date. It obviously does not prevent users from continuing to use the pump and is not worth the hassle of sending the pump out to a vendor for service, but sometimes when the users see the message they call it in for repair and I'm not sure what to try other than checking the PM due date.

Due for inspection message not going away

The only way to clear that message is to use the Moog NFR software. It resets that message. Moog will only give tou the software if you are trained by them.

You can clear the "Due for Inspection" message through the settings. Steps below.
On

From here you can either reset the date for the next PM or turn it off.
*If you need the password, you can call Baxter tech. support and get the password from them.

Use of the Moog NFR software is required in order to clear the notice. This message is cleared. Moog will only provide the software when you have received training from them.
