I am getting error Plate didn't reach W0 sensor. None x-ray repair people wants to fix my Kodak CR POC 140. What could be wrong? Problem with Sensor or roller motor?

springs on rollers need to be replaced. With cover off put your finger on the end of roller with a little pressure. Run a test plate If plate goes in all the way in that is the problem.
