When aspirating samples instead of test it says lamp stabilizing . is there something wrong with the lamp or the power supply? machine is brand new, used for 2 weeks

ii have problem i always get " the light signal is too weak" so i got new lamp but i still get same problem . and when i adjust the gain always get 18 only at all wavelengths
what should i do???
