Generator ready but no exposure.

ohm out the tube, might be open and need to replace but i also have seen this when there was other conditions present that halted the exposure, this could be not reaching detent but not seeing LED because it was dead/disconnected 

I would also verify voltage reaching the tube both when energizing for the shot and during the attempt to shoot to see if it could be the generator that has failed to energize the cathode
