Error 1-0-0

This is a SCSI chain configuration issue. More than likely your MO Drive is not being seen. 

This is likely a power issue.  Check the voltage at the power outlet inside the back door.  If full voltage is there then it can be the The main power supply or the PPS.  If the full 120 is not available, check the output on the left side of the power supply (looking from the back of the system). If good there then p/s is good and you have a bad fan tray.
