ALCON INFINITI 403 FaultSystem Fault xxx: Software Error.S/W error .• Must use Service Disk and Enter Event Log in order to determine Possible Fault.• All mechanisms go to safe state (irrigation valve open, IV pole stays in current position, etc.)
