Cryogen wont stop leaking from valve

I just encountered this problem for the first time today. Did you ever find the cause? I'm contacting customer service immediately in the morning. 

Requires a new valve, typical issue, valve located in handpiece assy. 

yes i have repaired this issue many times 

I suggest using a filter to prevent damage. I have installed filters on all the devices under my supervision. After installation, I didn't get any crash reports.
