I can look in my manual tomorrow; but, I think the FDA pulled all of them for recall. 

Error 23 is the internal battery is due for replacement. When you remove the back case you will see a small round 3VDC (yellow if memory is correct) battery. Simply desoldier and resoldier a new battery. After that, reset the date and time; the issue should be reolved by then.
