SI400 Ultrasound machine hanging/freezing while scanning.

Please why is my SI400 Ultrasound machine hanging while i am using it to scan? Sometimes it hang and restart on it's own. Most times it hang and the screen become either blank or white. I tried using a new generator to power it but it is still hanging. Please i need help.
