I cant seem to consistently have my NIBP feature working. Where do I start troubleshooting?

Hold the Freeze button down as you turn on the power. When the screen comes on go to Error Logs. Look to see if there is a PIC communication error in the logs. That would indicate a NIBP board error. If it is there, you will have to get that board fixed.
