Hello
The device showed ERROR 300 at first and started calibration not knowing I need DOT ligasure for it and I only have Ligasure with QR code, after a restart it shows ERROR 274 that needs calibration.
I was wondering if there is a way to bypass it somehow without having dot Ligasure ?

You can complete the scanner calibration with a made up dot pattern. Take a piece of paper measuring 2x1 inches. Make a dot approximately 1/2 inch from the right side. Make another dot approximately 1 1/2 inches from the right side. The correct positioning of the dots will allow you to complete the calibration. Also, dirty scanners can cause a 300 error. I recommend cleaning them before attempting to complete the calibration.

Hello Josh!
I'd appreciate if you could send me a picture of the dot pattern needed. I'm going through the same issue... But here the only error presented is E274. So I only need to recalibrate the scanners, but I don't have this dot pattern LigaSure here, only with the QRcode.

Good morning,
I am unable to attach pictures here. If you do a web search for the ligasure connector, you will see the spacing and image that is needed. This can be created on a brother printer. I am also fairly sure a marker and paper/cardstock would provide the same result.
