When you turn the machine on , on the screen it say no probe . Any ideas what the problem might be?

Hi David,
I don't suppose you have a spare probe...Have you looked it over for damage? More often than not, they get dropped and it gets damaged inside and out. If everything looks good, I would reset the system, unplug the probe and then back in. The unit could just be hung for some reason. Other than that, if you have a probe leakage tester you could check it that way. There are a lot of good 3rd party ultrasound companies you could reach out to as well.
