Hello. I have a CareFusion - Alaris 8100 double-beeps when keys pressed at keypad test and doesn't register the keys being pressed on the test software. Just replaced Main PCB and updated serial number. It's only these new main pcb's that this happens. Any suggestions? Also, the 8100 doesn't power ON when FLASHING PUMP. The Flash Pump option times out because the 8100 won't power back ON along with the PC Unit...

I would start with the keypad assembly. BD Carefusion has issued at least two recalls in the past year or so.
