Problem of Hitachi Eclos 8 Filming Tool - When i print the film results just images are in each others no layouts !!

- I have hitachi eclos 8 2008 with Agfa Drystar 5302 dicom printer My Problem is when i do filming i chose all my images my layout and my film size every thing is alright but the printed film result is that images are not organized are in each others and croped randomly i can't find the solution if anyone can help !
