Monitor Screen Blinking

Philips UltraSound ie33. I am facing this(monitor screen blinking) error. when i turned on complete system is boot but screen display is still black. when i press the monitor adjustment buttons back on the monitor, notification panel shows during blinking the screen.i judge that when the back side of monitor light blink screen also blink. i changed the DVI cable but system status still same. Please guide me how to solve this problem.

Depending on your cart revision. The video cards (GPU) fail often along with the LCD. You could try to plug an external monitor on the back of the unit to see if you get an image if so then the LCD is bad. I have had some luck pulling the video cards out, cleaning and swapping in some cases. Some cart levels have the same card for the main lcd and the touch screens. If you can swap the card and the touch screen display is bad now then you know you have a bad video card.
