Can you tell me the full error code and name. You can find it on functions, maintenance, error list.

Error code 124 is a technical error, but without knowing more, I can simply suggest that from the service screen, you can access calibrations. Go to other, and calibrate the variable flow. It seems a cure all for a lot of what ails this machine.
